A few things you should know

Time 

We’re on Pacific Time (PST). Please change your watch or phone accordingly. 

Water 

It’s safe to drink our clean mountain water from any tap. 

Internet 

Wi-Fi is available and is shared amongst everyone at the lodge. No password is needed. 

Trip bills 

During your stay, any incidentals such as bar orders, retail items, massage services and extra vertical feet/metres will be added to your trip bill, which is paid on departure day. 

Room doors 

There’s a lock on the inside of your door if you wish to lock it at night. The lodge is your home while you’re here, so there are no locks or keys required to enter your room, but if you would like to lock your door when you leave your room, we can provide you with a key. 

Massage 

Massages are booked ahead of time at the sign-up board, located at the entrance to the spa. Please shower immediately before your scheduled appointment. 

Warm-up class 

Each morning, you are invited to join a dynamic warm-up class to loosen your muscles. You may join in person in the gym or follow along from the comfort of your guest room on your personal device. Watch video ›  

The following is a typical schedule* for our Signature Program. If you’re joining us for another specialized program, your schedule may vary.

Arrival day

Upon arrival
Get settled in your room and enjoy a welcome snack. 

2 pm
Receive safety training outside (please dress warmly). 

3 pm
Unpack and make yourself at home. 

6 pm
Enjoy your first CMH gourmet dinner and toast the start of your trip with a hand-crafted cocktail from the bar. If you would like to order wine with your meal, please make your request with hospitality staff before dinner. 

Ski days

Each morning, the guides will post a group list in the common areas of the lodge. Please make sure to check which group you're in and what time you're scheduled to leave the lodge – that's when you'll need to be ready with all your gear, safety equipment and backpack, ready to ski or ride. 

6:30 am
Join a dynamic warm-up class in person in the gym or follow along from the comfort of your guest room on your personal device. Watch video › 

7 am
Fuel up with a hearty breakfast. 

8 AM
First ski group flies into the mountains. 

Lunch
Weather permitting, lunch will be served in the field. The lunch you pre-ordered will be flown out to meet you at a designated lunch spot. 

Post-lunch
Continue skiing. Or, if you are planning on a shorter day of heli-skiing, there are typically two to three opportunities during the day to return to the lodge. Tell your guide when you are ready to take the next flight home. We encourage you to come home early if you are feeling tired. The choice to return to the lodge early reduces the chance of injury and will greatly contribute to feeling stronger for the following day. 

3 - 4 pm
Return to the lodge to enjoy aprés-ski snacks and refreshments, a soak in the hot tub or a massage. 

6 pm
Swap stories of your incredible adventures in the mountains over a relaxing dinner.

If you're feeling unwell

If you develop symptoms of illness while you're with us, please be conscientious of everyone else's health. Let a staff member or someone from your group know and remain in your room until we work with you to determine next steps. 

Checking out

Charges for any incidentals such as bar orders, retail items, massage services and extra vertical feet/metres are settled on the last day of your trip. Your bill will be located across from the office for your review when you get back from skiing/riding. If you choose not to ski on the last morning, lodge staff will be available in the office to settle up earlier. 

Gratuities are not included (but very appreciated) and can be added at time of payment. 

Departure day schedule

7 am
Enjoy a hearty breakfast before skiing for the morning. 

8 am
First ski group departs. 

11 am
Return to lodge and check out of your room. 

11:30 am
Lunch (all luggage must be in the lobby before you head to the dining room). 

1 pm
First group loads the heli for a transfer to the heli-pad. 

2:45 pm
Coach transfer from helipad to Kelowna International Airport (YLW). 

6:15 pm
Anticipated arrival at Kelowna International Airport. 

6:45 pm
Anticipated arrival at Four Points Best Western Kelowna.
