Fun gets serious

With the best tenure in the Kootenays, the CMH Kootenay Lodge has been described as “a darn good time.” And whether your idea of a good time entails quietly taking in the sunset or rowdily celebrating the sunrise, Kootenay Lodge can accommodate – and so can the funky lakeside town it calls home.

Mike Welch K2 Rotor Lodge - Skier

A skier and rider's dream

Kootenay* is known for its mix of open bowls, perfectly spaced trees - and for the adventurous - playful pillows, steeps and drops. While you're enjoying limitless lines through the glades, you might even run into the K2 ski team. And with over 1,400 sq. km of terrain, you'll be playing in powder all day, every day.

Not a Heli-Skier?

If your spouse or friend isn’t a skier, they can still come along for the ride – the quirky lakeside location is anything but boring. The amenity-packed lodge is a great place to wile away your days, but so are the nearby natural hot springs, which guests are free to independently explore.

Short on time? Travelling as a group? Maybe you just prefer a more customized way to get to the ski lodge? We're here to help make your powder dreams come true and can create a custom transportation plan from our Calgary, Kelowna and Kamloops gateway airports.
