Waiver and Release Agreement
Like most sports, heli-skiing has inherent risk. It is wilderness skiing and riding in an uncontrolled and wild mountain environment. Terrain is unmarked, ungroomed and includes potential hazards. Despite the most diligent efforts to reduce hazards, incidents can still occur.
All CMH guests must complete and sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims,Assumption of Risk, Warning, Indemnity and Consent to Medical Treatment Agreement (the “Waiver and Release Agreement”).

The waivers below are for reference only and cannot be signed through this webpage. Prior to your trip, CMH will send you a personalized link via email through its ezWaiver platform to review, complete and electronically sign the required waiver and other documentation.
